We are excited to bring GT JumpFit back for the 2023-2024 season! This year we will be offering two classes each Thursday, 4:00PM-5:15PM and 5:30PM-6:45PM

Classes will run from October to June and are for children and youth ages 6 & up! If your desired slot is full and you would like to be added to our wait list, please email Head Coach Jaydee at jaydee_dupuis@hotmail.com so that your child’s name can be added in priority sequence.
Cost: Payment $30 per registrant (to a maximum of $80 per household)

Liability Release
I give permission for my child to participate in the ministry activities and special events that are organized as a part of the GTC JumpFit program beginning September 2023 until August 2024. I understand that by submitting this form, it will serve as a release of liability for all JumpFit activities, including onsite and offsite (when applicable) programming.
It is my understanding that all reasonable precautions for the health and safety of my child will be taken when he or she is participating in JumpFit. I recognize that the staff and leadership of the GTC JumpFit program are required to go through a screening process whereby they are required to provide a police check, and the Plan to Protect Course (which is a requirement of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada).
In the event of accident or injury, I release the staff and volunteers of the GTC JumpFit program from any liability. If medical attention is required at any point, I authorize treatment for my child and understand that reasonable attempts will be made to contact me should such a situation occur.
