Jump up jump up and get down
JumpFit is a fun “skipping” program that develops self-confidence and determination and helps improve strength, timing and cardiovascular endurance. It is for both boys and girls, ages 6 & up, who enjoy a challenge. Kids of all athletic abilities can be successful in our JumpFit program. They are provided with opportunities during the year to demonstrate the things they have learned in various community venues and to family and friends.
