Growth Track

Spiritual maturity is measured in terms of persevering faith, not perfect behaviour - Andy Stanley

Whether you're new to church, or a seasoned veteran, at Glad Tidings we do our best to give you the resources you need to take the next step in your journey. Below you'll find groups that will help answer your questions and grow your relationship with God. And if you have any questions simply scroll to the bottom of the page to send us a note.

Alpha

Do you have questions about God? Are you still trying to figure all this out? Alpha is the perfect place to ask those questions. Alpha is a safe, friendly environment where we discuss life's questions over a delicious meal.

Each session examines questions like: Who is Jesus? Why did he die? Why do we pray?

There's no pressure, no follow up, and no charge; it's just an open, informal, and honest environment to talk about life and faith.

Come on out and bring a friend!

Next Steps

I'm a Christian, what's next? What are the next steps in our faith? Join us in learning the foundations of what we believe, and why we believe it, at Next Steps!

Next Steps is a great follow up to Alpha, but is open to anyone! It deals with topics that will better shape your life and understanding as a follower of Jesus. Topics like faith, self control, your thought life, and establishing a meaningful prayer life.

You may even enjoy a refresher as someone who has been a Christian for a while but wants a better grip on what you already know. Come check it out!

The Forgotten Way

Many Christians spend their entire lives wrestling with what it means to be in Christ, yet until you get the revelation of who Jesus is, everything you think about who you are is only a guess. To understand who you are in Jesus is to understand that true faith is simply saying "yes" to everything Jesus believes about you.

The Forgotten Way is a journey to rediscovering the radical love found in Jesus that will enable you to see and be differently. And it's called The Forgotten Way because it's a pathway to walk, not a checklist of rules to follow. Included in the study are such topics as: Knowing the Father; Being a Child of the Father; Seeing Who You Are; and Being Love in the Darkness.

Hearing God Seminar

Does God still speak today? This is one of the most important questions a Christian can explore, and has huge implications for every aspect of one's life and walk with God.

This six-week seminar will teach why we believe God is still speaking to us personally today, how He speaks, and how to discern His voice. The ability to hear our Creator and Saviour talk to us, guide us, and encourage us is life transforming for all believers!
