This group is for anyone exploring questions like; Who is Jesus? Why did He die? How do I pray?
Participants will meet at a host home where a three-course meal will be served followed by a short video teaching and end with a time for Q & A. This is a great place to grow. This course runs for 7-8 sessions and this semester will be run in two different locations. This discipleship class will help you go deeper in your understanding of topics like: What is worship, prayer, baptism or devotions, as well as helping you understand how to read the Bible and what being “led by the Spirit” is all about. It’s a relaxing, non-threatening environment where you can ask the simple or difficult questions and be confident in the answers. This course runs for 6-7 sessions. Do you have a desire to step out in boldness and take your faith ‘to the streets?
Is there something in you that just isn’t content with Sunday service and no more? God has called us to reach the lost, to pray for the sick and see people set free. Joining a kick-start group will push you to reach out and be bolder in your faith, believing God to use you daily in reaching a lost world. This groups will meet on Thursday nights at 6:30 and run for 4-6 weeks. Our host for Kick Start this semester is Jamie Mills.

The book of acts was written by Luke as a sequel to his Gospel. He records the beginnings of the mission proclaimed by Jesus “I will build My Church”. Acts gives us an orderly account of the first years of the Church, first to the Jewish world, Israel, and then to the Gentile world.
What are the key principles to understanding and interpreting what is taking place? Who are the dominant Characters, what are the timelines, the context of the dramatic miracles, and how does it apply to us?

The book of James looks a bit like the Old Testament book of Proverbs dressed up in New Testament clothes. Its consistent focus on practical action in the life of faith is reminiscent of the Wisdom Literature in the Old Testament, encouraging God’s people to act like God’s people. 1 Timothy is about sound doctrine and godliness. Paul deals with two main issues in this epistle: What Christians should or should not teach and what godliness looks like in the church. This course runs 7 sessions. Our host is Pastor Fred Williams on Monday nights at 7:00PM.

Our senior retirees meet each Wednesday morning at 10:00am in the café for a time of worship, sharing, and refreshments.
